Overcoming caution by companies and a slowly developing solutions industry, greater knowledge and the ‘pull’ effect of large buyers and autonomous cities has encouraged adoption. Now there are important initiatives by central government bodies, which are capable of promoting very wide usage among their huge supplier population- a genuine viral effect. Users then see the benefits of applying digital processes to their whole business.
From all the countries where SERES is established, we show our solidarity with our colleagues of France and our deep respect to the affected ones by the terrorist attacks of Nice last Thursday, the 14th of July, 2016

840 million electronic invoices were processed and delivered to invoice receivers in 2013 by members of the European E-Invoicing Service Providers Association (EESPA), based on a set of survey results completed in June 2014. This represented a significant growth of 19 per cent over 2012 volumes of 706 million.
Subsidiary of Docapost, holding of the La Poste group and Bull, SERES has positioned for 20 years like an principal actor on dematerialization's market.
In 2008, Docapost successfully positioned itself as the leading player on the market for document management. Thanks to the development of its subsidiaries' business and the takeover of Extelia, Sefas and Edixis in particular, Docapost has turned an industrial holding into the market leader.
To meet the expectations of companies and government departments wishing to optimise their internal approval processes, and in an economic and legislative context inclined towards paperless documentation, SERES offers Doc@flow, an innovative SaaS solution to support the automated circulation of documents within an organisation.
Backed up by sound experience in electronic interchanges, traceability and interchange security, SERES is launching its secured web mail service Doc@mail. An innovative solution that is just as simple and as universal as e-mail but which guarantees much greater security, reliability and confidentiality, thus making it possible to exchange large volumes and sensitive or confidential material (calls for tender, contracts, notification to attend board meetings, etc.).
It is with great pleasure that we are able to present the new SERES website, www.seres.fr, along with the group's new corporate identity.
